Sand and Seas small community living

Since moving in to this apartment last August I have had many ups and downs. Nothing can beat the location of these apartment homes with the beach literally just across the street. However the apartments are very small and very cheaply assembled. The cabinet doors fall off, handles come off of the doors, doors come off of the tracks, it's in shambles. What keeps me here is the peace and quiet, the friendly management, great location and of course the price seems fair enough for the area. ...

Additionally Internet and some of the utilities are covered by rent, which I love. I would definitely recommend living here to anyone who is in the area single or with just a spouse and limited furniture/household items.
