My new apartment
August 8, 2025I am so glad that my family has chosen to live at Sandpiper Cove in Yuba City. The manager is so kind and amazing. My rent for a 2 bedroom is 1475 which is lower than most places. We signed a one year lease with a deal the 13 month was free. I love the new dishwasher which was installed before I moved into the unit. Getting fed up
April 17, 2024This company has moved owners so many times they have no idea what they are doing when I arrived my apartment it wasn’t cleaned one bit it was disgusting and I had to complain to get them to come clean it poorly might I add, They raised rents off cycle my maintenance request are ignored, they don’t respond to anything there’s been a dead cat rotting in my backyard for months I made a request about and still nothing They have one single maintenance man for over 90 apartments, Their almost ...impossible to reach unless it’s there open office hours they have no phone numbers and people park in your assigned parking all the time, the washing machines don’t function early in the morning they still haven’t fixed this with days notice. I can confirm there is cockroach’s around here. I would not Recommend this bundle of constant frustration and plan on relocating soonProperty Manager Responded

Do not recommend at all.
July 20, 2020These apartments are infested with cockroaches. There is black mold everywhere. Constant plumbing problems. Outdated, scratched, and rotting countertops. Cheap fixes left and right. And even if you clean the apartment top to bottom, still won't get your full deposit back. Not worth the rent price listed by any means.Property Manager Responded
