we stayed here for 3 years and we had no problems with our neighbors , the manager always addressed any problems or reports. we had a 50% off upon moving in , cheaper than other apartments and “NO NEED TO PAY FOR THE APPLICATION” so for people who are starting a family this is the place rent=)

Yes the apartments look decent from the inside, but they increase your rent every 5-6 months and since there’s no rent control, there’s nothing you can do about it. I wish we knew about this before we moved. We haven’t lived a year here and our rent is about to increase yet again. Overall, not a good place to be.
