July 5, 2021Everything horrible int his apartment. Maintenance comes quickly but the problems don't go away. Filthy and my family and I are germaphobes. You can keep your apartment clean but with ghetto disgusting neighbors you can't keep the pests awayReview from Apartments.com

February 3, 2018Homeless sleeping on the back door, people smoking all days inside de buildings, roaches, old apartments, and a really bad customer service, if you submit a claim they take months to fix it they don't care. One more important thing. They charge you around 100 dls more in your rent for utilities. Something that I think is very excessive.Review from Apartments.com

July 22, 2015This place so far is amazing. I'm moving from out of state and the leasing office (specifically Jeanette) have been a great help. They've been in constant contact with me.
