November 14, 2017These apts are not SMOKE FREE..EVERYONE one smokes here.I live in an apt on flr 2 in front.They smoke Outside my livingroom window.and bedroom window.I am surrounded by smo k ers.They smoke in apt next door to my bedroom.they smoke up stairs, they smoke acrooss from me, and they smoke downstairs.They tricked me into this spt.They led m e to believe it was SMOKE FREE.THEY ARE falsely advertising This complex is smoke free it is not.
