I moved out to Portland from NY and found Sawyers Row to be a perfect place to start. Location is great, not to close not to far from the hustle and bustle of downtown. My only complaint is that the leasing office is not on site, so any issues with the apartment have to done online or on the weekend.

Sawyer's Row is in a great location; it's between the pearl and the alphabet district. I can walk to a lot of cool places. I would give the apartment 5 stars, but the management and maintenance is a little slow. They do get things done eventually.
