I have lived here about 4 months...I ? the neighborhood. Very quiet and laid back.. The manager is amazing and worked with me every way she could...work orders got immediate attention and never had to wait for them to fix anything.. I highly recommend this apartment complex and if I ever move back to greenville I will be back here..

These apartments have had some bad raps due to disgruntled tenants who most likely didn't do their part while living in the apartments while living there. The manager, Dorcas is very friendly, respectful and professional. She does her best at any given time to make sure that all of the tenants are taken care of in a timely manner. I have seen her go above and beyond to make things right for a tenant. It is sad that when a person is angry or mad about something that they caused, they leave bad ...

reports but when people are highly satisfied, they sometimes fail to let the public know. The manager that is her now, Dorcas, followed a manager who passed away and one who was let go before the last manager. She may be getting a bad rap because of some of the fall back form the last two managers. Sayle Garden Apartments is a quite place to live and the staff there are very helpful when they know of any problem or concern.

I have lived here for about a month and must say that Manager, Dorca, has been very professional, efficient and positively responsive to my needs and questions. The manner she presented herself gave me a feeling she wanted me to live here and she picked an apartment she chose especially for me! I have felt so welcomed by Dorca and the tenants around me are very kind and helpful, yet, not gossipy nor noses. It is quiet and I don't ever want to move again. I don't see how any other ...

I lived at Sayle Garden from Feb 2014 To Jan 2016. The first manager was fired for theft. The second manager passed away. And the third manager Dorcas was beyond lazy. Never returned calls for maintenance requests, or any other types of request. I moved out in 2016 and have yet to receive my deposit. I have called MULTIPLE times and left messages but never have received a call back. It's only $200 dollars or I would take this to court. Very poor Management. I moved to Solarium and I HIGHLY ...

After the manager stole my rent money. I have to go to court to prove that I paid and I won. Then the new manager died. We got the wicked witch of east Texas and she has yet to pay me my deposit from when I moved out almost a year and a half. I will let you know how court goes... on that matter
