I was told how within the past 5-6yrs it’s been several owners but now it’s new owners they are definitely doing a lot better than the previous owners. I have a new lease and appreciate the changes. I just hope the build a swimming pool, make it a gated community and reconsider the garden that the other owners let go. My only problem is the windows need to be renewed. Their thin and rattle pretty bad when the wind is blowing.

The new company is FINALLY helping get this place straight. The units are awesome, its quiet, on site management and security tend to problems. I feel great here. May God bless the new owners, we are so happy to have been treated to these folks

This is the worse place I have ever lived. No one is ever at the leasing office and the maintenance people never fix anything. Someone broke into my apartment last month through the patio door and it hasn't been repaired yet. My a/c is currently not working and I can't get in touch with anyone to repair it. It's sad how it is and I pay rent faithfully.
