December 8, 2025Not so much, I opted for this place for its good price but i was not aware of the conditions, as I first moved it i noticed several things included roaches and hairs on the carpet (which are not mine) which left me thinking on the commitment of the place on cleaning, also cables not working, on the apartment (had to call the technician who told me the thing was old and had to replace it). December 5, 2025I just moved in! I really loved the staff treatment, but unfortunately the apartment was NOT in great condition when i moved in, for starters the internet coaxial cables were not actually working, i had to call the technician to come and fix it. The carpet was filled with a LOT of hairs (not mine) and small unknown particles, besides small roaches all over the place. Other than that is quiet and safe for now.Property Manager Responded

While I did encounter a few maintenance issues shortly after moving in—such as a malfunctioning AC, a patio door that doesn't close properly, and loose kitchen drawers—the management was receptive to my concerns. With a bit more attention to pre-move-in inspections and quicker maintenance response times, the overall living ...experience could be greatly enhanced.
