December 4, 2024Live here for approximately 6 months. Very pleased with this apartment. Apartment is very clean and well maintained. It's peaceful to live here. The apartment is located in a convenient location, very walkable area and close to transit systems( bus stops) and important locations like DMV and banks. May 16, 2023I've been a resident here for about 3 years. Overall, it's been fairly good. Scott's View is in a pretty convient location as it's in walking distance to various resturants, close to many stores, as well as the interstate. Maintenance is fast if you need something fix as well. The only real issues I've had is the noise. It gets pretty loud on the weekends due to partying and whatnot. Also, the walls are thin, but that's a common thing with apartments.Property Manager Responded

Very Nice Apartment
October 10, 2022I have been living here for a few months now and my experience has been nothing but positive. Management has been exceptional - friendly, courteous and efficient. Maintenance requests which have been minimal are handled immediately. The place is kept clean, garbage is collected from right outside the apartment each day, mail is secure and other tenants have been friendly. Convenient, clean, friendly, accommodating, great vibe!
January 12, 2022The apartment is clean and bright with large windows! The staff in the front office is dedicated to a feeling of family and are always ready to hear a concern and help with securing a remedy. The noise level is minimum and the apartments themselves are quite sound proof from neighbors. And, the people in these apartments have been engaging and welcoming as well. The gym is clean and well equipted and there is even a larger washer and dryer available to handle comforters and such that may not fit ...the stackable units in each apartment. Enjoyable Experience
March 17, 2021I’ve lived here for a little over a year and extended my lease partially while my home is being built. The staff is very friendly and resolve issues quickly. It’s been an enjoyable experience living in Scotts addition with great amenities offered onsite. Only real complaint is that often times people don’t pick up their dog poop in the surrounding area, despite there being numerous poop clean up stations around the buildings.Review from Apartments.com

Management is terrible
May 20, 2020This apartment complex constantly has issues and management does not care for complaints or making living arrangement a better experience. A list of issues: - Mail would not be delivered by USPS for the first 3 months since management didn't properly set it up - Fire alarms consistently go off due to testing/random issues - Apartments were not cleaned after construction, dust and dirt all over closets and cabinets - Issues with internet and parking deck brought up to management - their only ...response was there was nothing they could do - Recently we were told that we couldn't use our water for 2 hours due to concern of flooding our apartments due to someone tying into our sewer water main and they weren't going to shut off water to the building.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
