    New management doesn’t allow decorations on your door (like a holiday wreath) in order to “uphold the premium aesthetic”. In other words, they want it took look like a black and white hallway with no personality or life.

    I really like living here. I have been in this community for the past 4years, that’s says a lot. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars and thinking of moving somewhere else is the fact that we don’t get extra key fob even after stating that I am willing to pay for it.

    The apartments are basically brand new and I love the spacious kitchen. Maintenance issues are infrequent and resolved quickly. The building is very pet friendly. However make sure your parking pass is incredibly obviously visible, as they tow frequently even though they have your vehicle’s license plate and registration on file.

    The building management team is great. The maintenance team is very responsive. Located in a very Convenient location for grocery shopping and dining. Easy access to Cross County Train for running, biking, and walking. If you are noise sensitive, units facing Rt 50 may not be for you. Wide spaced parking spots. A good gym & well maintained amenities. I love living here. I have been living here 4 years since the building was open.

    I have been living in this apartment for a while now, and overall, I have had a very positive experience. The apartment complex is relatively new, which means that the facilities and amenities are modern and well-maintained. The layout of the apartment is spacious and functional, with high-quality appliances and finishes that make daily living comfortable. The management team has also been responsive and helpful whenever I have had any questions or maintenance requests. The only downside I have ...
    experienced is that the apartment is located near a busy road, which can sometimes be noisy, especially during rush hours or when large trucks pass by.

    You can hear neighbors flush their toilets, when they’re in the bed room, whatever they do you’re involved. Amenities are cool, but recently taken over by kids, this includes the gym. Why isn’t there a dog run for the amount of money we pay a month? Why are the kids from neighboring apartments in the parking garage hanging out? Just why?
