Lots of manager turnover. Maintenance is awful. We have constant break ins. You get what you pay for at this dump and even that'll change when they increase your rent all the time.

I have been living here for almost 3 years. Last manager diana was amazing, respectful, and cared about her tenants. The new manager that just moved in is disrespectful, has a bad attitude, and almost crashed his car into my car. He then cursed at me and acted like it was my fault. This place is now going down hill quickly. He has moved in numerous tenants that are smoking weed 24/7 and having parties all the time. This manager needs to be removed asap and have someone with common courtesy and ...

respect take his place. Do not move here or you will regret it. Also the first floor apartments have issues with glue coming out. You will be constantly cleaning with goo gone to get the glue out every week.

If you're looking for a clean and quiet one bedroom apartment, Sea Cliff Terrace is perfect little spot. I lived there for the past 3 years and only reason we moved out because we moved out of state. Apartment is quiet, small complex, and management is readily available. Usually quick to answer any questions or concerns. I'd say the best part of living there is being able to have up to 3 pets no pet rent. We miss our little HB apartment!

I am always hesitant to write a review until the end of my lease somewhere. we moved out of these apartments last month and our expectations were exceeded through our entire stay. Diana made the moving in process so much easier than anyone we have worked wih, and we were moving from out of state. they were patient and understanding and did more than they needed to to accommodate us. the complex feels safe, it is beautiful and clean, and it stays quiet. through the end of our lease. we would have loved to stay wih Diana and Edward had we stayed in state! Highly recommend.

We researched the neighborhood for a few weeks and after visiting this community we decided to rent it. It's perfect location, good restaurants near by, that you can actually walk to, 405 freeway is right here(it saves a lot of time) and just a few minutes driving from the beach. The apartment is totally upgraded, new bathroom, new counter tops, it got an AC and the flooring is amazing. They provided a fridge for free and we got a nice welcome gift. Went to the new complex around Huntington Beach near the Belle Terra shopping center because I wanted to move where I can walk to the shops and restaurants with easy access to the freeway for work. Why is it that I have to pay rent that is equivalent to a mortgage to have a nice place. These new complex are asking way too much. I was lucky to have found this place. bright bathroom. Love it here. Best part is that it is a small complex where the manager still treats people as people; not just another renter dropping off rent checks. Highly recommended.

I recently moved here after a month of searching for an apartment. I totally love it! The managers Diana and Eduard are so nice and they really go above and beyond for their residents. My apartment is upgraded and so beautiful!. They are also in the process of remodeling the entire building and I'm so excited about it! Cannot wait! They are pet friendly and there's no pet rent which was perfect for me! Location is also the best! Close to Bella Terra, the beach and 405 Freeway.
