The property is clean, the manager responds quickly to complaints or the repair of any appliance, the outdoor areas, garden, etc., are always in good condition. The maintenance staff is always working around the property. it is well lit and feels very safe. They have a friendly attitude with all tenants.

I have lived in Sea Grapes Apartments since they were first built because of this I have seen a lot over the years, some good and some bad. The highlight and the best thing for me and Manny on property is the fact that we finally have an amazing office manager in the office, Aleida, she is not only good at her job but she’s the most kind hearted, understanding and compassionate person to have around. A place is only as good as it’s weakest link and with a strong, independent, yet loving, ...
compassionate woman on your side like Aleida, you can’t go wrong. She helps many of the tenants with paperwork, and Many other problems that I’m certain she goes above the call of duty to perform. She does all of this with such a heart that even when the end results aren’t favorable, she makes It feel like all will be well in the end. I haven’t only been blessed with finding a property that I could actually afford but to find a person as amazing as Aleida running the place, it makes me (a single mom of two) feel like my family is in great hands. Blessed to have Aleida as our office manager in seagrapes apartment and I pray that she will be with us forever.
