About Seaside Studios
A gorgeous newer apartment community located directly across the street from the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk & white sand beaches. We are walking distance to downtown which offer numerous restaurants & shopping, as well as recreational activities including surfing, kayaking, SUP, & the public beach. Our community offers studio apartments ranging from 230-300 square feet. All new apartments offer beautiful vinyl wood plank flooring, designer paint, a kitchenette with apartment size refrigerator, stove, & microwave. A common area lounge furnished with leather furniture, and full size dining room set for socializing is available to all residents and their guests, as well as an outdoor deck overlooking the beach boardwalk and partial ocean view with a community gas barbeque. There is free Wi-Fi available for our residents, and a gated parking garage for residents with autos and bikes for an additional fee.

Five star community
July 26, 2016I've lived at Second Street Commons for just about a year now and I must say, very impressed! For being a studio apartment, the layout is very functional. I downsized from a 2 bedroom unit in San Jose to this studio and have come to realize that the sacrifice of space is worth the nicer amenities, calmer lifestyle, and prime location. Not many people can say they live steps from where people come to vacation from around the world (And within close proximity to their place of work).
