Guests parking sucks! I counted 20 guests parking spots that’s it! Dirty apartments roaches everywhere and front desk is NO HELP ON GETTING MORE GUESTS PARKING SPOTS FOR GUESTS! There is not a 5001 attendance that residents and there is more guests living here more then attendance living here and it just makes it worst for guests and there vehicles. The security is working with the tow guy and the city of lauderdale lakes parking inforcer to get your vehicle towed with no warning Papers or ...

This My First Experience Renting And It Has Been The Worse. FIRST No Guest Parking There’s 5 building 4 floor minimum 200 apartments in each and they only have 9 guest parking. SECOND roaches are everywhere I mean EVERYWHERE you can leave nothing unattended for 1 second it’s ridiculous the cabinets when you open Them, roaches come out flying. They are liars their apartment is full of bugs and yes they do tow your car and on top of that their maintenance people are thieves they go into your apartment when you're not there and they steal your belongings you can not leave anything of value in your own house they claim they have cameras but because they're the thieves of course that footage goes missing. Do not move here it is not worth it to have this much stress. Save yourself the issues and find another apartment.

Don't live here they have bed bugs and top of that my mother and daughter car have been towed over 4 times . They will not give additional decals .There is limited guest parking space and the maintiance is deplorable. Its just the worst and a waste of money to live in these conditions. The people in the rent office are liars they apartment company work with the towing and get money from each car getting towed .Please DONOT LIVE HERE !!!

PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE. It is a trap. They have bed bugs. I reported the bed bug issue and they wanted me to pay $250 to get rid of them. My car has also been towed more than 3x because if you do not have a decal, they want you to pay extra money or park your car outside of the gate where there is no supervision, and most likely it'll get broken into. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Save yourself the headache. They do not care about their tenenats.

My family and i have been living here for a while and they don't have any alternative accessibility for residents who are disabled when their elevators are't working. These elevators break down every week now especially on the weekends, so you have to wait till their office to open all the way till Monday for your disabled child or relative to have any kind of access of getting up and down to their unit, it's ridiculous now. asking you to pay $1000 to transfer, mind you your child is disabled, and it's their elevators that keep breaking down. you're not asking to transfer for the fun of it , but for the safety and convenience for your disabled child. I wish for once that they would put themselves in my shoes cause i know if they were they wouldn't stand for it. People urinate and leave their garbage in the elevators all the time, the roaches are everywhere.you can't leave anything out at all on your counters, they're even roaming the bedrooms and bathrooms. My current apartment is clean, and kind of quiet. I don't like a fact of not having guess parking spot. They take out all guess parking decals. They said water is included, but they charge you for water use. The elevator stacks all the time. People urine inside the elevator and throw trash. They town your car without giving a warning if you park in the wrong place.sometimes there is no parking space.
