Took a Tour
August 28, 2023I had a scheduled tour of this property a couple of weeks ago and showed up a few minutes early. No one was in the leasing office. When my tour appointment time came, a resident let me into the building and a guy was walking by and I asked him if he worked there. He was filling in that day and didn't know the property at all. He was nice enough--not blaming him. He showed me one apartment and I asked him about air conditioning, since the complex advertises it (Apartments.com). His reply was ...a shrug. Parking in the building had a waiting list. He said well, street parking isn't too bad around here. First impressions are important and this one wasn't good. Solid Complex, Great Location
January 23, 2023My girlfriend and I have lived here a year and just renewed our lease to be here at least another! The staff is very helpful and friendly. Rose will do all she can to help with anything. When maintenance issues arise they are handled promptly, and Charleen is awesome. The thing we absolutely love the most is the location. Being close to the cedar river trail, the market downtown during summer, all kinds of restaurants, and a short drive to anywhere in the Puget Sound. Most everyone we’ve met here ...seems to be friendly. The one thing I wish would be updated is the gym, it could use some more equipment. Great for the price in a decent location
January 11, 2023I have lived at Second & Main for about a year, and have enjoyed my time here. The office staff are great and the maintenance manager is fantastic! Anytime I have ever had a concern or worry the staff have gone above and beyond the call to not just meet but exceed expectations. The building is in Renton, so you do see many different interesting people and situations but nothing that ever made me feel unsafe or concerned about my safety or the well being of my things such as my car. WARNING if you ...have a lowered car the lower garage is super steep.. it is doable however, I like to warn anyone who is a car person to check the garage first before you lease to be sure you can get in and out no problem. Other then the insane garage angle... the property is lovely and it's location solid with plenty of dining and bars close by. 5/5!!!! 10/10 great place to live!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
