We were there for a couple years and we had to move out for personal reasons and the manager was really rude to us. The whole building smells and also the hallway to get to the apartment.

Wires and outlets literally falling out of the wall, infested with bugs, maintenance is garbage and the office doesnt like to ever return calls or answer in general, spent multiple times calling throughout day. Locks have been removed from doors (they called asking if I had it because they had no idea who took it and over a year later still haven't replaced it). Neighbors can be noisy, disgusting and shady depending who you get (like mine) because they let anyone living off the system live here. ...

I've lived here for going on ten years,,,, love it being so close to downtown,,,, new washers and dryers have been installed,,,, neighbors are friendly but not nosey, we all respect each other's privacy,,,, all utilities included is a great plus,,,, management is very easy to talk to, if I have any problems,,,, believe me when I say I wouldn't be here 10 years if any problem I might have was not addressed or fixed.

I would never recommend this apartment complex to anybody. The hallways smell so disgusting and dirty that I would literally gag walking through the hall to my apartment. People are permitted to smoke in their apartments, so the halls also wreak of cigarettes. The washers and dryers don't work. You pay $1.89 per load and your clothes are still soaking after being in the dryer for 60 minutes. Our smoke detector malfunctioned so we called the office to tell them about the issue and it took 3 months ...

before we got a new one. The only positive is that utilities are included. But this apartment complex is so disgusting that it's not even worth it.

I would love to live there. It has everything included for such a great price. I would be very happy to live there with the convience of the city close by. Plenty of stores in walking distance. I would love the chance to win rent paid and also need a good place to live and location. I have heard many good things about this place and would love to live there. I have lived in Westfield for many years and would be proud to be to live in such a nice apartment. I would let others know about this ...
