It is a very clean, safe place to live. It is super close to a small Target and Safeway. The metro is a short walk away and you can get to Georgetown with a quick walk over the bridge. There is plenty of parking underground too.

I’ve had no major issues in the 5 months I’ve been here so far. A couple times I submitted a maintenance request, I had to follow up with the concierge who contacted the maintenance supervisor and got my issue resolved the same day. Not being able to share amenities between the buildings (gym, pool) is kind of a bummer but not a huge deal. Overall, the building is very clean. The staff is the best! Noise from other apartments is a challenge, but mostly because of the thin walls, but some neighbors are noise. The building is conveniently located in a great area.

I really enjoy my time living here in the slate building. The staff is super sweet always welcoming you - never had a bad experience with them. I do have some issues getting into the gym with my key fob early mornings but other than that can’t complain. One thing I will note is that your rent increases after the first year, we tried to negotiate with the leasing office given we saw cheaper/lather apartments on the site but no luck.

The front desk is very friendly and responsive. They will remember your names and greet you everytime they see you. The layout of the apartment is lovely. Lots of sunshine, even during the winter time. Used to be very nice. Lingering maintenance issues. Has had a lot of safety and security issues the last year. It used to be nice and I hope it can be again. Needs some changes though.

Great building and staff that have really made me feel at home. Location is convenient, very close to the metro. Good amenities and maintenance requests are handled promptly.

Great place to live! The staff is friendly, maintenance quick to respond to any request, and amenities are wonderful. It is close proximity to a number of stores and the Metro.
