La atención de Danea fue increíble, ella consiguió el mejor lugar para yo vivir, el mejor apartamento que pudo encontrar a mis necesidades y estoy muy feliz de ser parte de la familia Sendera Greenway. En lo personal me encantan las áreas verdes, el contacto con la naturaleza (es poca pero se siente diferente ) y eso me encanta escuchar los pajaritos al despertar. January 20, 2026I’m very comfortable and I feel safe here! I am a senior and I needed a place on the first level to get my groceries in easy, close to parking, mailbox and the pool is easy access! DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING HERE
October 14, 2025In 2012, my dad and I moved into an apartment that initially seemed fine. However, problems quickly began to arise. We found mice and eventually a rat in our home, which terrified me. When I say I was terrified… I WAS TERRIFIED. I had my father purchase glue traps, and eventually, it got caught on the same day in the kitchen. Except it was from the cabinet under the sink this time. I had heard another mouse coming from the cabinet, and LOW AND BEHOLD, there was another caught in the same trap ...right next to the previous one. I woke up the next morning to see the other glue trap with ANOTHER mouse caught. I quite literally said out loud as soon as I saw it, “another f’ing mouse.” THEN I saw another mouse running in my own bathroom, which happened when I was using the toilet. I ran out and decided not to go in there until I thought it was safe to. Two more mice were caught after that, and then some days later, the hallways started to get wet AGAIN. Maintenance issues followed, including intermittent electricity and water leaking from the ceiling. Mold infested the bathroom wall and vents, and whenever maintenance attempted repairs, they left a mess behind. During my last month there, the situation worsened. I encountered multiple mice in just a few days, including one in my bathroom, which made me feel unsafe in my own home. Maintenance services offered little more than temporary solutions, like placing a fan on wet carpets without proper repairs. Overall, my years at Sendera were filled with pest problems, maintenance failures, and a constant fight against mold. While the pool and gym were nice, they couldn’t make up for the living conditions. I'm relieved to have moved to a much better townhouse. Consider yourself warned about Sendera at Greenway!Property Manager Responded

July 29, 2025Awesome! The community here is great and the staff is extremely helpful! Maintence is super quick. Parking is a little bit of a hassle and no valet garbage so gotta walk it over but no biggie. Gonna stay here for a while!Property Manager Responded
