    Yesterday, I had the pleasure of touring Sentosa Riverview with the manager, Brian, who is an absolute ray of sunshine. When I arrived, he was busy assisting a couple with their residency application while also helping two other residents in the office. Despite juggling multiple tasks, he made sure everyone felt taken care of, offering water and engaging with each person to determine how he could help them. One observation, though, is that the office seems a bit understaffed—although Brian ...
    handled it like a pro! During our tour, he showed us the private office spaces and shared details about their special events (they have a wine night!). We viewed two apartments, as the third we were interested in wasn’t available to show, but he promised to follow up once it is. He also did an excellent job explaining the differences between the layouts. While the hallways could use some cleaning, the apartments themselves are absolutely stunning, and Brian did a fantastic job highlighting all their best features. We plan to tour a few other communities closer to my workplace this weekend, but Sentosa Riverview is definitely at the top of my list!

  • Nice but so noisy

    I like the area and the unit overall. The apartment itself is modern and spacious. My complaint is with the noise level. Majority of apartments face the pool and people let their kids scream all day. The walls are pretty thin, ive heard neighbors getting intimate. Additionally there is a dog noise problem. One in particular that cries all day. Also the AC and the hot water in the unit isn’t the best. It’s a shame for how much you pay.

    Leasing agents act annoyed any time you ask them for help. They are not nice or welcoming. We had many problems with our unit. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Also, beware of fake 5 star reviews, many neighbors have told me they have had a bad experience as well, so it seems not many people like it here.

    I have been living here for about 6 months and I love it. My apartment is NEW, spacious and love how much natural light comes into my apartment. The office staff is friendly and always available the few times I have needed them. I would definitely recommend moving here.
