Excellent place, staff and location

Great place to call home and Homeshare!
January 19, 2025Sentral SoBro in Nashville is a phenomenal place to call home! Unbeatable location, beautiful amenities, safe and peaceful...I couldn't ask for more! I've been a part of this community for about 2 and a half years and plan to stay just as long as they'll have me! Specifically, I cannot say enough great things about their staff. They are incredibly kind, consistent, and supportive whenever I need help with maintenance or any other immediate matter. This is a true rarity and nothing short of ...amazing! Timeka is over the Homeshare program and is a joy and honor to work with! She has not only shown herself to be an advocate for us hosts overall, but has literally saved a couple of my units during an unfortunate flooding situation. I'm forever grateful to her and all of the Sentral SoBro staff for their continual help and making me feel like family with every interaction. I'm one lucky gal!Property Manager Responded

Amazing place to stay!!

Excellent Leasing Staff & Professional Enviroment
November 29, 2023Sentral leasing team lead by Timeka has been nothing but exceptional. Everything from touring, applying, setting up freight elevators to getting the homesharing in place has been the easiest experience working with this staff. The property is centralized to every venue downtown Nashville including my favorite (City Winery). Most important the building is always clean with all amenties. March 1, 2023Right on the edge of downtown. Close but avoids the traffic/crowds of downtown. Lovely facilities clean and comfortable.
