Those of you that are writing these negative comments, you most likely were evicted because of illegal activities and your nastiness. We're glad you are gone. We don't want dirty, nasty, or drug related people here anymore. I love that the manager does not tolerate that. I'm so glad that we are a Crime Free property now.

Bath tubs and sinks were painted to cover dirt and hair instead of getting everything redone. Tiling in the bathroom and kitchen we not done properly, in between the tiles would crack up pull up. Bath tub and sinks had paint chipping. It's not worth it stay away from here.

When she finally made a date to come we waited and she was a no show. This has happen three or four times. My daughter had to miss school because she was waiting for her. She says she is busy but my daughter says she sees her outside playing with her dog which by the way poops all over the yard and is on a leash but no one holding it. She say that only my family and the ones downstairs are causing the roaches but when we bombed ourselves we found out the people living near us is having the same problem. The manger is saying it's only us and no one else is having problems with roaches. And an other thing the manger said that these apartments have lead in the paint of the walls so if the walls were peeling off to let her know. But when she was doing these inspections she told us to peel off the paint in order to clean. My daughter has asthma but she is able to breath alright until she was peeling the paint off like the manger said. My daughter is now having trouble breathing and has chest pains. If anything else these people do not stick to whats the truth and whats the lie. If anything else these people are more like slum lords.
