If only there was a negative stars

This was a brutal learning experience for me and my boyfriend. If you have absolutely horrible credit and wont pass a background check this may be the apartment for you. However, these apartments are unsanitary and probably illegal. It is across the street from an abandoned school. The parking lot has like 12 spaces. They are severely infested with ROACHES. They don’t have professional maintenance or exterminators. The landlord And owner is unprofessional. She asked to hitch a ride on the first ...

day we met her while putting our deposit down. She is always ignoring her tenants because she is always on an “important phone call.” She literally told us she had no record or documentation of the lease agreement which is the most illegal thing I’ve ever heard. And The assistant landlord never knew any information about the place she always insisted I wait for her boss because she either wasn’t sure or didn’t know. They didn’t want to give us our money back so they gave us an unreasonable amount of time to remove our things from the building. Our new apartment property manager says they definitely have some illegality things going on over there.Not worth your money or time!!
