This place takes the cake when you say slum lords. Currently the owner lost her license here because most spaces here have no water or no gas and even though they aren't supposed to collect rent until the issues are fixed new people still move in. It's cheapest rent in town and yes it's gotten better now the drive bys have stopped. It just sucks renting from a person who comes on the property and acts as if she owns everything including the people here. Know the laws before you come here you will ...
