February 26, 2025There are up to 7 people in each apartment (everyone has a car) so there is never parking available for residents. They don't do updates, old kitchen, old cabinets etc.Property Manager Responded

February 5, 2025Beginning my process with Sharon Crossing was great! Ismari Hernandez made the setup process and initial tour very appealing, kind and professional. No hidden fees or anything like that. Very affordable and reasonable for the location and amenities. Staff and Community is nice and respectable. Only complaint is the lack of attention to detail with maintenance prior to moving in. Counters not being finished, paint speckles all over the stove because it wasn’t properly cleaned, torn up ...baseboards, etc. and leakage in the faucet. Little things count and would be nice to have the apartment fully clean and ready to live in upon move-in. But again, for the prices available to lock in on, very affordable and I’m grateful for that.Property Manager Responded

December 15, 2024The rent is too high for one small bedroom apartment.The laundry room is always dirty.Sometimes the washer and dryers do not work. The workout area has very old equipment in it and sometimes they don't work either.Property Manager Responded

December 5, 2024I have been living here for over 4 years. I like the layout of the complex - it is not sprawling. I occasionally enjoy the weight room, and the laundry room is convenient to use when I'm in a pinch and need to get a load done.Property Manager Responded

October 21, 2024The move in process was easy but we did have some set backs as far as there was roaches coming out after being in the new apartment and in my baby room inside the closest it looks like they plastered the wall and the same day we moved in the wall fell inside where they fixed it before we moved inProperty Manager Responded
