Not a bad place in L-A
August 3, 201512 unit building is in a nice and very convenient area for L-A (Eagle Rock area). The 2, 5, and 134 freeways are nearby. Just a hop and a skip to downtown, or Universal Studios and Hollywood. It has gated 1st floor parking (2 spots per unit) and now security cameras. I'd recommend a unit on the top floor since the lower one often smells of cigarettes. There's a washer and dryer on each floor (have quarters). The apartment itself could use some updated flooring and kitchen doors/drawers, but ...it's comfortable. Looks like units get hardwood floors, etc as tenants move out.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
