The really only good thing it has going on now is location. Used to be great management but communication has just gone out the window. From basic repairs to major issues, takes months to resolve.

This apartment building has been in a steady state of decline over the past five years. Management is unhelpful, even rude when it comes to concerns about drug use and theft within the building and on the property. Maintenance requests usually need to be submitted multiple times before the work is done, and even then, it isn't done properly and staff has to come back and do the job again. The lot is assigned parking, but management does nothing to enforce it, so expect to find random people ...

parked in your spot on the regular. The location is great and the layout of the units are nice, but due to the overwhelming incompetence of management, I would not recommend living in Sheridan Pointe.

I would like to say, I will be 84 years old next month, and have been here since Sept of 2015, and that should speak for itself.I have not had a lot to complain about!! Even with my bathroom problems, mgmt was trying to get it handled.
