Management is unhelpful, even rude when it comes to concerns about drug use and theft within the building and on the property. Maintenance requests usually need to be submitted multiple times before the work is done, and even then, it isn't done properly and staff has to come back and do the job again. The lot is assigned parking, but management does nothing to enforce it, so expect to find random people ...parked in your spot on the regular. The location is great and the layout of the units are nice, but due to the overwhelming incompetence of management, I would not recommend living in Sheridan Pointe.Read More
