Not a bad place to live

I've been living here for a little over a year. We have new managers now and the are very good caretakers. The place is fairly quiet, within walking distance of a Starbucks, CVS, and banks. No amenities, except a small, clean pool and small laundry room. But all the tenants are nice, and its safe.
