… I waisted $300 on a deposit for E138. I’ve called multiple times a day. Left multiple messages. This place does not respond. Complete waste of money time & effort. As I am writing this review, it is winter time and cold. My heat has not been working for over a week! I put in I'm maintenance order and contacted the office about my heat on day one. Day two I contacted the office and put in another order. Day 3, Day 4, Day 5, Day 6,7,8 still today my heat is not working nor have they made an attempt to even come and look at the heater! You should move to shore house if you are okay with not having anything that works and a management team that will not come ...

Communication could be a trillion times better! If they do get tired of communicating they will just send your calls to voicemail! They have an email automated response dated back to last year, meaning any email you send to boathouse isn’t actually going through.
My new apartment has not been able to receive rental verification due to these problems! It can be nearly impossible to get shorehouse/boathouse apartments to do anything!!!! Living there was already a nightmare, even now that I don’t ...

I moved here in April of last year and it was my very first apartment. I absolutely enjoy my stay here and receive wonderful customer service anytime I have a question or concern. Maintenance is always friendly and they keep the outside area pretty clean. It's a very safe area I was more than happy to renew my lease for another year. :)

Super unprofessional, rude, loud, the list can go on. The neighborhood is horrible and they do not care about their customers. They just care for renting so they can get commissions.
