Terrible customer service

We went to their open house that was advertised on their website and we were intrested in their 2 bedroom which is listed in multiple websites as available. Turns out we had to call to see see any showing and when we did call we had a very unpleasant conversation. We asked about the 2 bedroom and they proceeded to be very rude and say that was not available. When questioned as to why it was advertised on multiple websites that there was a 2 bedroom the person got very defensive and told us to ...
"not come at him" about the situation and started yelling. Not okay and was the worst customer service I've experienced in a while.

The website for these apartments mentioned having an open house for both a 1 bedroom and a 2 bedroom. My friend and I were interested in the 2 bedroom. We called about the 2 bedroom and the agent who answered was incredibly rude towards us. Told us only a 1 bedroom was only available- even though it mentioned having both. We ended up running into others who were planning to go to the open house, who also thought there was a 2 bedroom available. I understand the if there was a mix up for the ...
