Horrible management
April 29, 2023Horrible management. Property manager is extremely rude and condescending. I tried to get clarification on my lease signed originally and the response I get from my property manager is “I don’t know why you are concerned with that” I have called corporate office about 20 times (not an exaggeration) sent atleast 5 emails and never get a call back from them they have had my property manager call me 2 times out of the mass amounts of requests for them to call me, when I stated in my voicemail and ...emails part of my issue is my property manager and I don’t feel comfortable discussing my issues with her because of the way I am treated. Even more attitude and disrespect received by Ana for the fact I went to corporate. Been about 7 months and still can’t get my questions answered. Been a great tenant for over 4 years, never have issues, always pay my rent timely and am treated like garbage by both the manager and leasing agent in the office. I am being forced to move out of my apt since there is no level of professionalism from the property manager or corporate office. I no longer feel comfortable in my own home. I will never reside in an Anton home for they clearly don’t care about their tenants or the level of disrespect given by their property managers. Bad Management
November 4, 2021Property is fine, but the management is the worst and has been ever since. Never want to communicate normally. Customer service is non existent and they don’t care for your opinion. I would not recommend just because of the management.Review from Apartments.com
