It say smoke free but I lived here almost 8 years and smoked the whole time. You cannot walk through without smelling weed being smoked. The roaches will be your new best friends because when here spray they use spray from home depot usually the one on sale. There is nothing nice to say about this place they fired one manager because she refused to rent to s trans individual.they are the worst.

This place is downright awful. I've been living here for over a year and I'm currently looking for a new place. Do NOT live here unless you are seriously desperate. It's by far the worst place I've ever lived. The night I moved in there were already roaches crawling around our EMPTY apartment. This place is disgusting and nobody cares.

I scheduled an appointment at 12 and was 15 minutes early. I was told I was going to have to wait at least 30 minutes because of a move in that was occurring. My question then is, what’s the point of an appointment if it’s not respected. I was not offered any other help. I was seriously inquiring and had already applied but you lost me with this one. One leaser lost dude to horrible customer service.

Just went to see a 3 bedroom here, that is supposed to be available now, according to the current advertisement, but is not open for another 2 weeks, at least. The staff member, Abigail, was extremely rude, took one call and made one call before helping us, didn't greet us, or use general human manners at all. The apartment smelled disgusting, had trash under the stairs, and had roaches. Stay away!

Been living here almost two years and they have changed management for the worse. Every time I go in for a concern they are very rude. Nasty roach infestation I can’t get rid of. The rent is high and not worth it. A lot of units are empty now you all know why. Do not ever move in here!

For the pass 6 yrs I have been through 3 management company and each one seem they gonna be better then the last one..but sad to say that's not true...they have trash under the stair in the back..you can't see it because by the office is clean... Bed bug's have been reported repeatedly.. Its have been 4 fire and unfortunately someone lost they life.. The pool is clean until the summer comes..then it's a swamp until they get the pool guy out... I can't tell you not to live here but what I can ...
say..come after 5 or 6 and some of the residents will more then happy to show you they apt...good luck!

In the time I have lived here, there have been multiple fires, a severe roach infestation. My oven thermostat has been broken ever since I moved into my unit. I informed site management, was told it would get fixed and it never did. My dishwasher doesn't drain. Again, nothing was done about it. Final straw, my car was broken into, and when I requested to see footage from the surveillance cameras, cameras I was told were on 24/7 before I moved in, and was told the cameras don't record.
