June 15, 2025I resided in Siena Village for approximately three years in the past. Throughout my experience living in various apartments and duplexes, I have never encountered the level of quality and customer service that I experienced here. The property manager was exceedingly helpful and consistently attentive to all matters. The maintenance crew demonstrated a high degree of professionalism and promptly addressed any issues that arose. Should I decide to relocate back to El Paso, I would certainly ...consider moving to Siena Village again. Obsessed with the area
December 19, 2023Truly I think this is the best neighborhood in all of El Paso. The complex itself is beautiful, with a gorgeous Tuscan style. The houses all around you are so lux. After staying at Siena for a year and a half, my husband and I bought a house in the area. We had the most seam-less move out process with Teressa, and got our full deposit back. Moved here from Austin, should have moved out to EP sooner!
March 12, 2019My husband was offered a job in El Paso and so we moved out here last year. However, we just moved into this complex. I have to say, compared to Austin, these Town Homes are an absolute bargain! I am now paying the same price I did for a one-bed one-bath by UT Austin, for a gorgeous and incredibly spacious Town Home. Very Luxurious
June 27, 2018If you enjoy the view of the Franklin Mountains, these townhomes are perfect for you. My wife and I rented out a townhome for a year, and had no issues with the property or the neighbors. Management was very responsive, especially when we had an issue with our garbage disposal (which was resolved very quickly).
