The property manager was exceedingly helpful and consistently attentive to all matters. The maintenance crew demonstrated a high degree of professionalism and promptly addressed any issues that arose. The houses all around you are so lux. After staying at Siena for a year and a half, my husband and I bought a house in the area. We had the most seam-less move out process with Teressa, and got our full deposit back. Really really love this area. You won't get tired of the view.

I have to say, compared to Austin, these Town Homes are an absolute bargain! I am now paying the same price I did for a one-bed one-bath by UT Austin, for a gorgeous and incredibly spacious Town Home. We love finally having our own garage and a gorgeous mountain view.

My wife and I rented out a townhome for a year, and had no issues with the property or the neighbors. Management was very responsive, especially when we had an issue with our garbage disposal (which was resolved very quickly). Overall, we recommend these townhomes to anyone who is interested in a luxurious space by the mountain.
