I love living and renting here! I don’t understand the negative reviews. I find the apartment is located in an amazing and safe community. The complex is clean and well maintained. Management was attentive and have addressed my concerns diligently. They answered all of my questions and made it enjoyable to live here.

I resided in Siena Village for approximately three years in the past. Throughout my experience living in various apartments and duplexes, I have never encountered the level of quality and customer service that I experienced here. The property manager was exceedingly helpful and consistently attentive to all matters. The maintenance crew demonstrated a high degree of professionalism and promptly addressed any issues that arose. Should I decide to relocate back to El Paso, I would certainly ...

Truly I think this is the best neighborhood in all of El Paso. The complex itself is beautiful, with a gorgeous Tuscan style. The houses all around you are so lux. After staying at Siena for a year and a half, my husband and I bought a house in the area. We had the most seam-less move out process with Teressa, and got our full deposit back. Really really love this area. You won't get tired of the view.

My husband was offered a job in El Paso and so we moved out here last year. However, we just moved into this complex. I have to say, compared to Austin, these Town Homes are an absolute bargain! I am now paying the same price I did for a one-bed one-bath by UT Austin, for a gorgeous and incredibly spacious Town Home. We love finally having our own garage and a gorgeous mountain view.

Fantastic townhome in El Paso! My townhome felt like it was brand new. The location is great, it is approximately a 10 minute drive to WholeFoods, and less than 5 minutes away from the hub of El Paso. The management team was very friendly and assisted me with all my needs, plus the referral program was great.

If you enjoy the view of the Franklin Mountains, these townhomes are perfect for you. My wife and I rented out a townhome for a year, and had no issues with the property or the neighbors. Management was very responsive, especially when we had an issue with our garbage disposal (which was resolved very quickly). Overall, we recommend these townhomes to anyone who is interested in a luxurious space by the mountain.
