October 23, 2025So far so good was. Place is decent, there was a couple things broken and not working and it took them almost a month of me living here to come in and fix them. But there fixed now so it’s good. Some neighbors can be loud blasting music but it’s not all the time, can just be annoying at times when trying to sleep. But again it’s not all the time. But other then that it’s mostly quite here and peaceful.Property Manager Responded

September 19, 2025Move-in was worse than expected due to the high volume in the community, the constant hammering, and the neighbors loud enough to hear from the next building over. June 12, 2024My experience here has been nothing but bad. I never recommend anyone to move here because of the simple fact that they do not care about their tenants. There’s been 3 different management changes in the last 3 years, that has to say something. Rent is constantly raising when the condition of the apartments are poor and outdated. Management never picks up the phone when you call and they’re never there during business hours. Maintenance is also sorry, it takes constantly bugging them about ...repairs in order for anything to be done. There’s absolutely no communication between management, maintenance and tenants for anything. The way the apartments’ quality is, they should be low income based but they keep raising prices for outside repairs instead.Property Manager Responded
