Booked an appointment with lady whose name starts with the "K". She did a no show and never contacted me back. Also she is confused over what days the office is open. I didn't think you have to be a rocket scientist to do basic scheduling. Anyhow, not sure why this place is even listed, they never answer the phone and work whenever they or she feel like it.
