Don’t move to sierra springs ranch apartments

I moved in march. I had a couple issues I put in to get fixed like my washer dryer not property working but that was fixed others are yet to be fixed no big deal. I got a message from my neighbor saying the leasing office came into my apartment for a fire extinguisher replacement and left but with my keys still on the door. I told them about it at the office and didn’t seem to care. So far these apartments are leaving me wondering if this is a place I would recommend other to move into. There are ...

some issues that have happened at the apartments like vandalism I’ve brought up to them but they never get back to me. I’d think twice before moving here guys.

I wasn’t going to write a review, but I’m beyond fed up at this point. It was either I move here or be homeless… My 2/2 isn’t renovated, but I shouldn’t be having all these problems. The hot water in the master bath is NEVER HOT!! Maintenance says they replaced the water pump, but the water is barely Luke warm. Why pay for a 2/2 when I can’t use one of the tubs? The dishwasher doesn’t work & I asked for it to be fixed. It still doesn’t work. There’s shards of glass plastic all over my dishes ...

every time I use the dishwasher. Last but not least, there was a major leak in both the bathrooms! The toilets and bathtubs leaked all this nasty water that spilled onto the closet and bedroom floors. All my clothes that were hanging in the bottle rack are ruined. So are many expensive items I’ve had on the floor… I’m beyond over this place. Already looking at other places and maybe even breaking this lease early. And I don’t want to hear that generic message saying “we apologize for not meeting your standards” and “well contact you” because I have been trying to contact y’all and my problems aren’t getting resolved at all! They are getting worse!!

The staff is friendly, but that's the only positive thing I can say. Not only did I have to pay a $700 deposit for a 1B/1BTH, but when I moved in my toilet seat was broken off the toilet and the stove wasn't even plugged in(had to pull it out and do it myself). The rent is cheap, because the units are super old(lots of shifting, expect your doors & cabinets to get stuck shut). The complex is constantly having to shut off the water for maintenance. For the last 5 months, residents have not been ...

able to use their mailbox and are having to go to the post office to pick up their mail. They say it's due to people having their mail boxes broken into, but 5 going on 6 months is excessive. Oh, and only one Laundry until has AC(the one closest to the leasing office of couse). Overall, I'd 12/10 recommend renting elsewhere can't wait until my lease is up.

Save your time and money. DONT rent here. They will tow your car even if you’re in a visitors parking. They have trash all around the parking lot and dumpster area. People don’t throw it away they set it next to dumpster. Roaches are bad too. Please I’m warning you. They’re nice to get you into the door and then raise prices and do shady stuff.

Finally, I am leaving this apartment. The staff is so careless. They don't care even when the residents complain. The grounds have broken pieces of glasses and nobody even bothers to clean them up. The laundry facility doesn't work and when it does there are roaches in them. I would never recommend this place to anyone. People make mistake when they first move and are in rush to find a place. Multiple changes in management each becoming worse than the last. Won’t fix anything until it’s completely broken (Including AC Units) paid over 400 in electric bill payments because of it. Had my ceiling drop and went 3 weeks until they repaired it and had black mold growing. My experience has been ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and Stay Away! You’ll be better for it.

I love this complex. The purple in the office are warm and kind. I could believe the prices! The apartments have great finishings and ice again there is no way you can beat the price! I met the regional manager and she was so sweet and accommodating.
