    Sierra Ridge is overall filthy. When I moved in, my apartment reeked of cat urine. No one had cleaned the apartment prior to my arrival. When something needs repairs, it takes multiple prompts and may or may not be repaired. I have requested my door be repaired three times and it still isn't done. If you need an apartment, look elsewhere.

    Overall the experience with Sierra Ridge management and community has been wonderful. The application and leasing process was a breeze and my leasing agent was quick with answers for any questions. The only disappointing thing was the common areas, such as hallways and entry ways were dirty and some areas smelt of smoke. But overall, I have been happy with the experience so far.
