great place to live
April 24, 2020We have been here for nearly 10 months. Property management is wonderful, and the apartment is great, and about a quarter mile from Roseville. Washer and dryer in unit. Living street side, it can get pretty noisy since people love to blast their music and seem to cut off their mufflers to purposely set off car alarms as they pass. July 24, 2017I am not sure why this complex gets sych horrible reviews! I have lived here just over a year and it does have some maintenance issues, like any other apartment complex built in the 1970s. However, the new manager Christine and her assistant Nesserine work hard to help residents as much as possible. The maintenance staff are always busting their tails trying to remodel the empty units, recover the building damaged by the recent fire and repair units that have been POORLY taken care of unril ...their arrival. They are doing a very good job considering what they are working with. The owners of the property are very lucky to have found the manager and her staff that we have today. One can only hope that they are allowed to continue with their mission of providing us residents with the friendly and courteous service while working hard to ensure the property becomes the best possible. November 29, 2016For someone who lived in the apt for 8 yrs New management/owners kicked me and my 3 kids out and wouldn't give a reason. They simply said "we don't have to tell you." No compassion and no kindness. Their timing was horrible kicking us out at Christmas. If I could choose a no star rating that's what I would giveReview from Apartments.com
Great place to call home.
July 27, 2015Really quiet and affordable. nice clean pool and hot tub. Landscape kept up every week. Has an atmosphere of the sierra mountains with nice big red wood trees that hover over the roofs of the apartments, providing plenty of shade. Neighbors keep to themselves. Apartment is really close to freeways and shopping centers. Starbucks and plenty of restaurants right across the street!!!Review from Apartments.com
