As a new tenant in one of the Sierra Vista Apartments this year 2022, I can recommend to the public that the attention by the administrator is excellent, as well as the very reasonable rental price for what is offered. I live in an apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen; These spaces have good lighting and the best thing was to find a stove, pantry, heating, air conditioning and ceiling fans already included, for me this is something essential in these ...

My family liked that the bedrooms are spacious, carpeted, have a closet and that it is very easy to access cable TV, Wi-Fi Internet and gas services; Although it is true that the apartment is cleaned by the tenant himself, however, the administration is in charge of public cleaning, cleaning the pool and the laundry area.In summary, I currently spend a very pleasant time with my family in a very cozy place, near Lake Elsinore and especially with kind neighbors who, seeing me the day I was moving, did not hesitate to help me load my furniture. Amazing place to live peacefully

I love living here because it’s a smaller complex than I have lived before. All the neighbors get to know each other and watch out for them. I’ve seen some of them bring casseroles to their neighbors after they’ve been at the hospital. You don’t get this just anywhere. The place has picked up in the last couple of years, the property has been painted and the inside of the units have been renovated over the last couple years and they look beautiful. gate is now always closed since Genesis took over. It is sad to see how the petty tenants have nothing good to say about the place or the manager, yet they probably keep renewing. Just FYI to some of the tenants complaining about the visitor parking, I asked and they were taken away because people kept leaving inoperable vehicles with flat tires or someone’s 3rd or 4th vehicle and weren’t giving actual visitors a chance to park. Also, as far as I know, the most recent Manager's mom had been cleaning the laundry room since the manager Elizabeth was here, that was over 10 years ago! That’s probably why she was still doing it but have not seen her do it in the past couple of years. Probably because of people’s comments or these reviews... some people just can’t be kept happy.

I have lived in these wonderful apartments for over 5 years I have never had any problems with anyone here it has been a really calm place to stay at the neighbors are friendly and I feel safe in this gated community. Not to mention the manager Genesis is the most sweetest person I've met she's really helpful and kind, in the last apartments I lived in the manager was obnoxious, I'm glad to have stayed here with such great management and a good community of friendly folks I totally recommend any ...

Too much favoritism!!!!! Managers family members have laundry key and can do laundry when they please other tenants cloths get locked in after hours. Also they only give notices to certain people about having things on their balcony/patio while others practically have a whole bedroom outside. Also pretty much anyone can come and use the pool because the manager has no back bone instead she sends her maintenance man to tell them something and of course no one listens. The manager Genesis chooses favorites all the time one person must follow the rules while another can get away with it. She is never in her office, she is always calling the tow truck trying to tow cars and she took away the guest parking spots! Rent is cheap because of such horrible management no one stays because of her.

I love living at Sierra Vista. Genisis the manager is very nice and runs a great place to live. We are allowed to have our pets, the neighbors are wonderful and it is a secured apartments. Never have been worried about crime. Recommend these apartments for anyone.
