Your rent will change substantially
January 28, 2022Nice building ,really did like living here. Rent goes up every renewal without any explanation. Parking went up over 100% without any explanation. Amenities are also expensive. Will kill you when you move out on “repair” fees. Pet fees don’t go towards any damages they cause so pretty much useless. Great for a year lease but disappointing after that.Review from Apartments.com
