The worst place to live

Don’t even waste your time applying. The people who run this place are very unprofessional. They don’t maintain the place but they continue to raise the rent. I lived here for about 6 years and when we inform them of the issues we have they are never addressed. We have had a hole in our ceiling for the entire time we lived here. The neighbors have been loud and rowdy. You also have no privacy. They do monthly inspections and each time they come it’s never at the specified times. It may seem like ...

The lady was nice at first when we applied, but when she found that my husband had a background from his past, her whole mood changed. I understand you want a clean neighborhood, but people should get a second chance just because they have a background. A waste of time after her hardly being in the office and going back and forth with papers not telling us what we needed until the last minute and rushing. Had carpet burns in the carpet. I simply madea phone call at 10:05 am to check availability for a 3 bedroom. I asked if itt was possible for them to email me floorplans as several sites did not show any. Before I could even finish speaking she interupted rudely state "no we don't do that" with a tone and slurred speach. Unless that was just the way she spoke. She aslo stated if I wanted to make an appointment they were scheduling showings for later this week. Now I've been searching for several months for potential places to ...

live and these apartments have been on several sites for months and even went down in rent. Must be a reason. Also , a 3 bedroom without washer dryer hookups in itself is a nightmare. Good luck Silver Creek.

Pretty Good for the price

Been here for a couple of years and for the price, I don't think I could find any place better. Townhouse style apartments, quiet area, everyone stays to themselves. Rent is very reasonable. Living on a budget? Silver Creek Apartments is the place to be.
