Horrible property management
December 20, 2018The apartments are cheap and affordable, but you're unfortunately getting less than you pay for. Everything looked okay during my initial visit, except for a few small issues the apartment manager said he'd fix (missing thermostat knobs, missing peep hole, doors in disrepair. He never fixed them.. 2 weeks after moving in my fridge started malfunctioning, it took the owner a month to come look at it, and he left it in worse shape than before. I had to throw out all my food. He said he'd get a ..."new" fridge, but he brought me a dirty, used fridge he must have got off Craigslist. All the cabinets are in poor shape, and look like they've been shoddily repaired on numerous occasions. The apartment is terribly insulated, and my energy bills are sky high. Patio door is drafty.. the hallways are dirty, and the heat is never on, so they're cold. Laundry room is disgusting, and there's only 3 washers and dryers split between 30 units. At least one of the dryers is always out of order. The parking lot barely receives any attention. I've slipped and fallen on ice numerous times.
