May 7, 2020The maintenance guy basically broke what I asked to be fixed. Water leaked from the walls and through the floor when it rained. Also you can hear everyone and everything. People left their dogs out without leashes. Scary! On the upside, the landscaping looked nice. The grass was always green :)Property Manager Responded

Silver Lake Apartments
March 18, 2019The apartments themselves are decent, they have amenities, if you end up seeing roaches, they come out within 2weeks to spray or gel for you which have definitely worked for me. However, if they could get someone else more professional in their office, that would be great. She is their only downfall, aside from some ghetto people living here. I've caught people doing drugs in the laundry rooms, people let their kids run around like crazy, but I've had the main manager yell at me accusing me of ...telling her how to run "her business". She accused me of having someone live here and tell me multiple times to get them on my lease, she assumes she knows what she's talking about and just starts saying it with no determination. Silverlake Apartments
August 14, 2015I live here in the Silverlake Apartments in Fresno, Ca off Belmont and Clovis. The managers here are very pleasant and always try to work with you. If you have any issues they make sure the get to it if not that day the very next day. The property is very clean area is pretty quiet. There is a Gym here in the apartments. Not only that management treats the tentants like family. They try include the whole community in all the holidays. From Easter to 4th of july to Easter. They often have food ...and activities from the kids to do. They try to get all the residents to come together.
