This property is a joke 3.9 yea right! Built in 1988 no remodel no employees, waits to your out to fix. Full of ducks and cats. Mold and mildew. Rent goes up nothing changes. Also leaves residents with no bathroom access because there aparments backs up.

Simpson ridge is a great place to live. The management goes out of their way to make sure the residents are safe they don’t play when it comes to noise the grounds are extremely clean. Yes they are older apartments but just like people we all age. I highly recommend living here.

I moved here a couple weeks ago and I was thrilled with the place enough space for one person the area is quiet and they keep the place super clean, they have a laundry room in case you don't have washer and driver the service is really good, and the pictures here aren't making the place justice I am so glad to call this my home

Bugs in apartment. They don’t clean. Paint over mold and issues as a quick fix. Won’t fix things when you call. Always an excuse yet will always raise rent. Horrible management. Poor excuse for business.
