Awesome location, beautiful place

I just moved into my unit and love it. Beautiful wood floors, really spacious, and great kitchen area with good quality appliances. I also got an underground parking spot which is so convenient. The location is a huge plus- there are a ton of great restaurants and shops right around the corner. Landlord is super responsive and helpful.

Easily one of the highest end buildings in town. For the same price as other properties in town I feel like I'm getting a lot more for my money (central air, really nice stainless appliances, lots of square footage, no noise which is a huge plus). Underground parking is fantastic and the apartments really are beautiful. Apparently they're building a 120 unit building with similar offerings as 6 North right next to the Cobalt. Really happy with my unit, would definitely recommend!
