When I moved in 2021 property manager he didn’t gave us a check list for apartment and I asked for it, he then told me to request service through app. Kitchen sink underneath was damaged and destroyed. When I tried to request service through app no response, so went to the manager office but I met the new manager and they told me they would send someone to fix it which never happened. And after 4 months of residence I wanted to get a garage they didn’t know where all the documents because they ...
were new management, which I did get the garage but they told me later they will put the garage in the document ( never ). We often got our garage taken by others. Send email to them nothing happens. If you already rented this apartment, make sure you give notice of 60 days before the lease expires if not they will charge you for 60 days and they still take your keys for apartment. Very expensive yet BS service. If you request service, take forever to get fixed.
