July 9, 2020You get what you pay for here. Near the historical redline, Troost Ave, where the crime rate is relatively high. Head west and properties are gorgeous. Location is near downtown and walkable. Interior of the building is run down, but recently taken under new ownership and renovating slowly.Review from Apartments.com
