You get what you pay for here. Near the historical redline, Troost Ave, where the crime rate is relatively high. Head west and properties are gorgeous. Location is near downtown and walkable. Interior of the building is run down, but recently taken under new ownership and renovating slowly.

So exciting to finally move into the heart of Kansas City! This place is minutes away from the Power and Light district and is moments away from the University of Missouri - Kansas City Volker Campus! I honestly can't wait to start my first semester in this new apartment!
