    Sixty58 is a great place to live. The maintenance staff is responsive, professional, and always helpful. There’s a real sense of community here—neighbors are friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. I’ve truly enjoyed living here and would recommend it.

    We’ve lived at Sixty58 for the last 9 months and love it. It’s hard to find a property that not only calls themselves “pet-friendly”, but really means it. The two enclosed dog parks within the complex are an excellent amenity, and you can find dog-waste stations along the walking paths throughout both sides of the complex. The maintenance and leasing staff are all incredibly kind and professional. The community spaces are beautiful and well landscaped. And the property backs up to the Sacramento ...
    River, so you’re steps away from miles of bike trails a quick drive from Downtown Sacramento.

    The floor plans are very nice and very spacious. But with the amount of maintenance issues, the struggle to find parking, the nonchalance with handling any issues regarding other residents(others smoking marijuana, parking in your assigned spot, blocking traffic, parking in front of assigned spots and not being able to get out if needed, tenants parking their crashed vehicles in parking spaces for months or weeks ), I don’t recommend it for most.
