September 10, 2020I’ve been a Resident for three years of complete frustration. There is no management availability for the many failures in the building including a backlog in maintenance requests, chronically broken elevators, and in accurate availability of amenities. The valet/package area is in chaos and has been since January 2020. The on-site management abandoned the building and the main office number is not monitored.
