I Don’t Recommend
February 2, 2023It’s worth staying here. They don’t care. Never come out to fix breaking things. it’s alway something with the heater and air.they will say they sending somebody to fix it but nobody never come for weeks. They always cutting off the water to fix pipes leaving us with no water for hours. I don’t recommend the staffing and maintenance is lazyProperty Manager Responded

No hot water, Infested with weed smokers and cocaine, Pest all over the place
December 25, 2022This is not an advertisement, ,,,,,,,, add this list as part of the apartment amenities: 1). Pest control is once a month and barely, you can get the pest control booking timely done by the leasing office. Either someone forgot to book you up, or Pest control will not show up if you don’t call back. The roach, mice and other pest issues cannot be controlled if they try to save money and do only one apartment per building and not entire building to prevent Pest all over the place. 2). You will ...not have hot water during winter time. Good luck on complaining, if the owners doesn’t have a budget to change OLD pipes, expect your apartment to have NO HOT WATER, burst pipes, and no plumbers to show up. They never learn to anticipate the need to keep the water at 120 degrees Fahrenheit. How cold outside is what you get a cold water inside. Broilers off, and worse sometimes, NO WATER AT ALL. 3). Marijuana, weed smokers, cocaine users. This place smells like skanky foul odor when these users start smoking weeds. It goes through the walls and they should do something about this. You can complaint everyday and wish you all the best how to get this resolved. You might as well report this to the police. One of the apartment here have small kids and their parents are smoking weed everyday.Property Manager Responded

July 11, 2022The one star is a lie!! They really need to remove the swimming pool as an amenity cause that's a lie! they need to change some wording on this website! For example: 1. "we have a "sparkling"pool, it's just never open & we don't want you to enjoy it during your stay." (find a public pool nearby) 2. "if we were you, we wouldn't use this address to get your mail." 3. "if ya like looking at trash, this is the perfect place for you." 4. " if you don't care about your security, then by all means ...choose us as we do not have locks on our patio doors." 5. "don't ever try to speak to the "manager" cause she's always on personal calls in her office, or leaving early for the day." 6. "our upgrades are basically an old apartment with new appliances." 7. "we do not put any screens on windows or patios in case your a/c doesn't work for a few weeks, month, year." 8. "better have renters insurance cause we take forever to complete your work orders. 9. "gotta leak? fix it yourself!" 10. "please do not call the office, as your call may or may not be answered, & if it is be prepared to be on hold, until you decide to hang up or forget who you called." November 17, 2021I just came by for a tour, and was immediately turned off from the property. The complex is gated, however the gates are all just open and unlocked. The grounds are all covered in trash and beer bottles. The model unit I was shown had black and nasty stains all over the carpets. I cant imagine what the actual units look like of the model was that bad.Review from Apartments.com
